As we start the road to recovery following the COVID-19 pandemic, meeting safely will undoubtedly be a priority. At Pure AV, we look to be at the forefront of safe meeting practices. Even as gathering restrictions ease, physical distancing and enhanced cleaning procedures will remain an essential part of making guests comfortable at our studio.

Regardless of whether you are coming into our studio space or meeting for the first time in our boardroom, we are focused on offering a safe work environment to all clients and colleagues.
By using the Film and Broadcast (CLICK FOR MORE INFO) industry standards, our team adheres to all recommended rules concerning general cleanliness and the sanitizing of hardware between occasions.

Before every event, our staff will utilize approved cleaners to sanitizer all high-contact hardware spaces. A Pure AV representative will also greet an individual from the customer’s group to explain what tasks have been completed and to double check that cleanliness is up to everyone’s standards. Additionally, all members will comply with provincial Film and Broadcast (CLICK FOR MORE INFO) guidelines pertaining to PPE use and social distancing.

Pure AV offers separate customer washroom, green rooms (if required), rapid COVID test (if required) and onsite PPE (if required), among other services.

Technicians operating the event maintain social distancing and wear the required personal protective equipment at all times. Additionally, as per government regulations – SEE LINK, Pure AV requires that everyone (including all Pure AV staff) entering the studio are fully vaccinated.

In general, people are considered fully vaccinated:

• 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna or AstraZeneca vaccines, or
• 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine
  If you don’t meet these requirements, regardless of your age, you are NOT fully vaccinated.

On select occasions, when discussed and agreed upon prior to event date, a negative COVID-19 test (dated a maximum of 2 days in advance) would be accepted and would grant entry into the studio.

This level of care is vital to the success and timeliness of every client’s function. For these reasons we do everything possible to ensure it happens on time and without any health concerns.
